I'm loving my new internship!

I actually get to work with Romano Molenaar, the new comic-artist that's doing DC´s  NEW BATMAN comic!  Holy shit! What a cool guy.  I've learned so much already.
Not to mention they've kept me quite busy with exciting new projects. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to show anything yet, but I've found some time inbetween for my own projects.

About me

I am a concept artist and digital illustrator from the Netherlands. My passion is creating locations that set the stage for a story. As a young child I was often inspired by going on long hikes through the mountains of Austria with my parents and staying at the beach during summer holidays.

I was brought up with Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, cartoons, playing outside, toy cars and painting miniature models for a hobby. I also had a obsession for drawing lighthouses.

Many years later I transformed my creativity, love for nature, films, games and vehicles into a professional business.

Today I constantly observe the world around me and let nature still inspire me to paint scenes from my home country. I hope to one day incorporate my personal work into a professinal project for the game- or movie industry.
