Wereld van Verschil - project of 2012

I recently heard that MonkeyBizniz, my former internship comany, has released 'Wereld van Verschil'. You can check it out here: Wereld van Verschil    Be warned, it's only in Dutch

I was working together with the talented Joeri Lefévre at the time, who created all the final images you see in-game and on his blog

My role was developing early concept art. You can find some at the bottom of the page!

It's exciting to see how the end result turned out and I'm proud I was able to contribute a little to my first succesful internship project!

About me

I am a concept artist and digital illustrator from the Netherlands. My passion is creating locations that set the stage for a story. As a young child I was often inspired by going on long hikes through the mountains of Austria with my parents and staying at the beach during summer holidays.

I was brought up with Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, cartoons, playing outside, toy cars and painting miniature models for a hobby. I also had a obsession for drawing lighthouses.

Many years later I transformed my creativity, love for nature, films, games and vehicles into a professional business.

Today I constantly observe the world around me and let nature still inspire me to paint scenes from my home country. I hope to one day incorporate my personal work into a professinal project for the game- or movie industry.
